Located within Gamuda Gardens, Monarc is conceived as a collection of contemporary bungalows and semi-detached homes arranged around the township’s Central Park. The trapezoidal site opens towards the park, with selected homes oriented to capture uninterrupted views of the landscape and lake.
The dual-frontage semi-detached homes establish an additional connection with the landscaped linear park, while the architecture adopts a restrained modernist expression, emphasising generous proportions, clean building forms and considered spatial planning.
