Set within a six-acre site in Mont Kiara, Aman Kiara comprises 19 bungalows and 12 duplex condominium villas. Developed in 2004, the project pioneered a model of landed strata living in Malaysia, structured to comply with the requirements of the Strata Titles Act.
The residences are designed with individual layouts and proportions while maintaining a consistent architectural language. Shared architectural elements, controlled façade treatments and landscaped spaces establish visual continuity between the bungalows and condominium villas, bringing together the individuality of landed homes within a unified residential development.
