ARC Partnership designed and completed the first phase landed housing project in Gamuda Gardens, Hanoi, Vietnam by understanding and adopting local construction technique and regulation in Vietnam while preserving the successful spatial design sense cultivated in Malaysia. The terrace houses feature modern architectural elements and colors to inject a sense of individual identity of the new modern township in Hanoi.
