Set within Mont Kiara, Hijauan Kiara comprises seven residential blocks of varying heights, stepped across the site to create a distinctive residential skyline.
The residential blocks are arranged around a central landscaped podium, incorporating a dedicated Spa Island with therapeutic pools and relaxation pavilions as part of the development’s communal recreational facilities.
The architectural expression culminates in a cascading roofscape, with layered roof profiles inspired by overlapping leaves, introducing an organic form to the residential towers.
