Set within the Horizon Hills township in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the project encompasses several phases of landed residential developments, with varied housing configurations and architectural treatments.
Broad projecting roof planes, deep overhangs and recessed balconies define the residences, while vertical screens and contrasting solid and glazed surfaces provide solar shading and façade depth. Across the different phases, these elements are expressed through variations in roof geometry, building proportions and façade composition, responding to the individual housing typologies.
The developments were completed progressively, with Phases 2B3 and 2B7 in 2012, Phases 5A and 5D in 2016, and Phase 6C1 in 2018. Phases 8A1 and 8A2 are ongoing.
