Located along the Federal Highway, PJ City is conceived as a sustainable, high-density commercial development comprising approximately one million square feet of office space, with its building massing shaped by MBPJ’s stringent height restrictions.
The architecture is articulated through projecting glass boxes, recessed aluminium panels and contrasting vertical elements, creating depth and movement across the façades. Distinctive roof profiles further define the individual office blocks.
A landscaped central plaza, incorporating water features and a sunken foodcourt beneath a tensile canopy, provides a communal focus within the development, transforming a former industrial precinct into a contemporary commercial hub in Petaling Jaya.
