Puncak Bangi is conceived as a gated and guarded terrace housing development that reinterprets traditional vernacular architecture within a contemporary residential setting.
The design incorporates the traditional verandah and lanai as semi-outdoor extensions of the living spaces, creating a gradual transition between the interior and outdoors. Integrated sun-shading elements respond to the tropical climate while contributing to the architectural expression of the terrace houses.
